We have switched our lab’s focus to life sciences. We will continue to introduce fundamentals of biology and the study’s fields in the next couple of months. This Friday students learned about DNA. They made a paper model of the double helix as well as an attempt to build a Keva block structure resembling a DNA. They also played a game of guessing which genetic traits are passed on to the next generations and learned about recessive v. dominant alleles.
