This year’s Lap-a-thon is just around the corner, taking place on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019. That’s just three weeks away!

WHAT? It is the school’s main fundraiser of the year and we’d love every child to take part and run, walk, skip or hop laps of the lower field along with their classmates. Each grade has an allocated time slot during the day, starting with a warm-up and finishing with a popsicle to celebrate their achievements. It is a fun all-day event with plenty of opportunities for parents to get involved.

WHY? By asking their community to support their lap-a-thon with donations, the students (along with a parent or care giver’s help) raise vital funds, which directly support the school including field trips, classroom supplies, technology upgrades, campus improvements and special projects. This budget is purely raised through donations, and mainly from this event.

HOW? VISIT REGISTER your child’s fundraising page by Monday, October 7. FUNDRAISE alongside your child, asking friends, family, neighbors, colleagues to support. The more we raise, the more we can reinvest into our school. Our target this year is $65,000. If every child takes part, that’s just $200 per child.
