Below are a list of community activities on and off-campus at Wade Thomas. For a listing of key dates for this school year, please click here.
Weekly Wednesday Assemblies
Each week our school community comes together on Wednesday morning for a welcome assembly. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
Join us on campus for one of our parent education evenings. These gatherings cover a variety of timely and important topics related to parenting, education, mindfulness, DEI, and social-emotional learning among others.
Monthly General WTPA Meetings
Each month, the WTPA gathers on campus to discuss upcoming events, timely topics, and volunteer needs at our school. Each meeting generally has an update from the school principal on the agenda as well. It’s a great way to be involved with the school and to stay on top of what’s happening on campus.
This is your chance to hear from the Principal, be introduced to all teachers, learn more about the Wade Thomas Parent Association and YES Foundation, and most importantly, meet your child’s teacher. Your teacher will share all the learning that will happen this year, important information about school routines, and you’ll also get to sign up for various classroom and school volunteer opportunities.
