Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expanding rapidly—from YouTube Kids
recommendations, voice assistants, and emerging educational tools. It’s
no surprise if parents feel like it’s hard to keep up. Even if it’s not yet a big
part of your child’s daily life, it soon will be. As parents, it can feel daunting
to know how (or when) to engage. The good news? You don’t need to be
the expert. You just need to be the guide.
This session will help you feel confident exploring AI safely with your child,
setting clear boundaries, and turning technology into an opportunity for
connection and curiosity.
What you’ll learn:
How AI is showing up in kids’ worlds and what it can (and can’t) do
Simple ways to explore safely together: shared, short, safe
Fun family activities paired with clear guardrails
Parent-friendly tools you can trust, plus a take-home checklist
